When working in a salon, we are met with a magnitude of questions that pertain to our client's appointments and what they should expect. We are here to answer all your questions to help your experience at our salon be as smooth as possible!

Do we accept walk-ins?

With being an extension and color specialty salon, the majority of our appointments are all pre-booked out on a specific schedule for our clients and their needs! We experience a high volume of call-ins as well and work our hardest to schedule those clients in a timely manner. We do offer a waitlist feature through our online booking though! We currently do not accept walk-in appointments due to our stylists being fully booked with reoccurring clients, check out the online booking to see individual stylist availability or choose to book with any staff member and choose the best time that works for you!

Can you bring your kids?

We absolutely love kids and enjoy their company, but not during a service! As much as we want to be able to accommodate for you to be able to bring your kids to your appointment, we aren't able to provide the environment for them. We want to prioritize our client's experience and create a relaxing space for everyone in the building, so we ask that your kids visit our salon only when they are receiving a service and are accompanied by an undistracted adult!

What payment methods do we accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Debit Cards, personal checks, cash, and now Google Pay and Apple Pay! We want to be able to offer any form of payment available to accommodate for everyone! Need to split a big purchase, ask about Affirm!

What is our cancellation policy?

We completely understand that life happens and our plans don't always map out the way we intend them to! We ask that we are notified of any appointment changes with at least 48-72 hours notice! That way we are able to accommodate for our stylists change in schedule and you can waive any cancellation fees! This gives us a chance to pulse our waitlist to fill the appointment.

We are located in Eagle, Idaho off of State Street and Eagle! Our address is: Mykala and Co Salon 46 E Eagle River St, Suite 120 Eagle ID, 83616 We are located right next to the Idaho Pizza in Eagle!

How do I book an appointment?

The easiest and fastest way to schedule an appointment is to call the salon at (208) 971-3535 and speak to our Salon Administrator! If you are unable to give us a call, we offer online booking.It's always best to pre-book your appointment to guarantee your spot at the end of your service with your stylist! We are growing incredibly fast as a salon and want to be sure you can be serviced when you need it!
