Do you accept walk-ins?
-We do not accept walk-in appointments. Feel free to book an appointment online, or text (208) 971-3535 to schedule.
Can I bring my kids?
-We love children, however, to ensure their safety and a relaxing experience for all our clients, we ask that your children visit us only when they have an appointment and are accompanied by an adult.
Is it okay to come in with unwashed hair?
-Absolutely, we recommend not washing your hair immediately before your hair appointment. Multiple washes can strip away essential oils that could cause your scalp and hair to feel dry.
How often should I use purple/blue shampoo?
-We recommend using your toning shampoo no more than once a week or once every other wash. Better yet, schedule a blowout at the salon and we can include several various treatments as well. We also offer a blowout club subscription which offers 4 blow outs for only $94.99 a month. Inquire in salon.
What payment methods do you accept?
-We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, debit cards, personal checks, and cash. There is a $40 fee for returned checks.
What if I can't make my appointment?
-We understand life happens, and you can't make every appointment. We ask that you let us know 48-72 hours before your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee.
How should I care for my new extensions?
-Always wait 24-48 hours before washing a new installation. Only use sulfate-free, paraben-free, and a sodium chloride-free shampoo and conditioner. Detangle twice a day. Use a quality oil daily. Always sleep with your hair in a low pony or braids to avoid tangling. We recommend using our in-salon products for the best results.

-Products are fully customizable depending on your hair density, hair type and daily routine. We offer free product consultations to match you with your perfect regimen for your lifestyle.

How do I book an appointment?
-Please give us a call or text our salon phone at (208) 971- 3535. For ease of booking, please provide a current hair picture, as well as an inspiration picture for what you are looking to achieve. We also offer online booking. We do not accept stand-alone haircut-only appointments. We are happy to provide hair cuts as an add-on service during a color or extension appointment.
