Mykala and Co. Salon General Liability Form

All payments reserved for services will go directly to Mykala and Co. Salon. 


It is our number one priority to make you happy with your service and your experience. Any adjustments you wish to have done to your service will need to be resolved within a week of your original service.

No refunds are given as you cannot return services, unless a technical error occured, and that decision is solely decided by the owner (MyKala). If at any point you wish to have a different stylist adjust your service, you will be charged in full by that separate stylist for receiving additional services from them. You also agree you will not proceed with any chargebacks on any service received.

We guarantee all work, meaning we are happy to make any required adjustments if needed.


We do not guarantee that any corrective color can be achieved in a single sitting. Corrective color can be anything from having box color, removing old color (professional or at home), chemically damaged hair, chlorine, mineral build-up, etc. Corrective color can take anywhere from 2-8 sessions depending on the integrity of the hair.

It's always a good idea to test your skin and check for a reaction from any new products that you are going to use on your skin. Apply a small amount of product to clean skin on the inside of your elbow. Cover and leave for 24 hours. If a rash or redness appears, do not use the product.


We do not guarantee the longevity of any color service without the purchase of Unite or Kevin Murphy professional products.


We understand that your hair is a great investment and we are here if you have any questions.


We require 48-72 hour cancellation window BEFORE appointment to avoid the $75.00 (or 50% of service) cancellation fee. We reserve the right to charge 100% of the service amount if appointment is “no-showed”.

Any opened products must be returned within 12 calendar days. Refunds are not guaranteed, and may result in a product of comparable value swap.


Any camera footage or photos of your service can be used by Mykala and Co marketing via social media/any marketing channel deemed fit.

I understand any clothing or personal items I bring with me to my appointment will not be replaced due to accidental damage.

I consent to Mykala and Co Salon keeping my credit card on file, and understand it is required to book future appointments.
